I recently booked a trip to Thailand through Zinzen Travel, and I must say it was an excellent experience from start to finish. Despite reaching out on short notice, they managed to arrange a well-planned travel package at a very competitive rate, which was truly impressive.

A special mention goes to Mr. Thameera, who handled our tour with great professionalism and efficiency. He was extremely responsive, attentive to our requirements, and ensured that every detail was taken care of seamlessly. From hotel bookings to transfers, everything was well organized and hassle-free.

What stood out the most was their commitment to customer satisfaction. They were always available to assist us, provided clear communication throughout the process, and made sure we were comfortable and informed at every step. The itinerary was thoughtfully planned, giving us the perfect balance of sightseeing, relaxation, and flexibility.

Overall, Zinzen Travel exceeded our expectations with their reliability, professionalism, and personalised service. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a smooth and enjoyable travel experience, especially if you need a quality package arranged within a limited time.

ZINZEN's tour price was very fair compared with other tour operators. ZINZEN facilitated the VISA process conveniently. Before the tour Zin Zen shared all information regarding the tour including visiting locations, accommodation facilities, transport facilities, payment methods, terms and conditions, and contact person, and clarified all our questions. Hence we can be confident about the tour.

During the departure and arrival process, ZINZEN was available with us with sharing any information. We spent four days and three nights in Malaysia. During the tour, ZINZEN provided transport facilities, and the drivers were very kind and helpful, making our traveling much more comfortable. Also there were opportunities to change our day-to-day schedule.

On day one, we started in the Malaysian city early in the morning and visited locations different from those initially planned. That was a good opportunity for the driver to share her experiences. For the next three days, we stayed at a three-star hotel that had comfortable facilities including breakfast and gym.

On the second day, we visited Batu Caves, which had a Tamil kovil culture and is a very beautiful place. We enjoyed the cable car experience at Genting Highlands. It was an amazing tour. During the tour we visited a Buddhist temple and enjoyed shopping activities.

On the third day, Sunway Lagoon was a wonderful experience, featuring Chinese culture and different parks, especially the wildlife and water park.

For all three nights, we visited the night street food area. That offered a different culture and a variety of foods at compatible prices. ZINZEN introduced available shopping centers near the hotel and recommended which shops to visit based on our requirements and prices.

In summary, the Malaysia tour was very exciting, and ZINZEN facilitated it for us like a close friend. Thank you very much for your friendly service. I wish you keep this momentum and climb to the top of the mountain in the tour industry.
